This depends on the breed and coat condition of your dog. A small dog with a simple coat may take 1.5–2 hours, while a larger breed or a dog with a dense, long coat may take 3–4 hours. We'll give you an estimated time when you book.

No - most owners drop their dog off and collect them later. We'll call you when your dog is ready, and you're always welcome to call and check in. We'll let you know immediately if there are any concerns.

Yes. We welcome all breeds from small terriers and toy breeds to large retrievers and working dogs. Please let us know your dog's breed when booking so we can prepare appropriately.

Please let us know when booking if your dog has matting. Severely matted coats sometimes require additional time and may incur an extra charge. In some cases, the most humane option is to clip the matted coat short. We'll always discuss the best approach with you before proceeding.
